I had become very withdrawn and agrophobic during my early twenties and suffered from frequent panic attacks. Looking back I realize I was in quite a
bad state. Nowadays there are all sorts of services and help for young people and mental illness is not quite as taboo a subject. This was painted with a palette knife. |
